A family-owned truck shop, not a data company
Bodacious Diesel is a family-owned diesel truck repair shop at 16051 W 4th Ave in Golden, Colorado, open since 2007. When this page says "we," "us" or "the shop," it means Bodacious Diesel.
This policy covers information that reaches us through bodaciousdiesel.com, by phone, by email and at the front counter. It does not cover other websites, even ones we link to.
If anything here is unclear, call during shop hours and a person at the shop will answer, or send an email.
The information that reaches us
Most of it you hand us on purpose. A small amount comes from your browser when you visit the site.

What the truck is doing, when it started, warning lights, codes, past repairs and how you want us to reach you.
Vehicle details
Year, make, model, engine, mileage and VIN, plus what we find and do while the truck is in a bay.
Phone calls
The number you called from, when you called and the notes we take about your truck so the next person you talk to is caught up.
Site analytics
General visit data such as pages viewed, rough location by region, device type and how you found the site. We look at it in totals, not person by person.
Cookies
Small files your browser stores so the site works, so we can count visits and, if we run ads, so they reach people looking for diesel repair. You can block or clear them in your browser settings.
